| Shortly after 3pm yesterday, Seneca Hose FAST was requested mutual aid to South Line for the Commercial building fire on French Road. Seneca Hose Ladder 6 responded and assumed FAST duties including opening up exterior doors. Upon the arrival of the 2nd FAST team, South Line Command put Seneca Hoses crew to work. Ladder 6 was positioned on the 1-2 corner for defensive operations due impending roof collapse. Our crew operated the tower bucket turret through a large garage door hitting hidden pockets of fire deep in the warehouse. An emergency demolition crew arrived and opened up the exterior of the building for better access to the fire. Ladder 6 was repositioned to fully extinguish remaining pockets of fire along with South Line Ladder 6. All Seneca Hose crews cleared the scene around 10:30pm, about 7 hours after arrival.
